I'm a food writer, originally from the California Bay Area. I am now charging my way through the culinary jungle of Manhattan, and writing a memoir, Cooking and Screaming, due out Spring '09. Although I do have other interests (I'm a remotely well-rounded individual) this site is about my life with food.
