Sunday Supper

Chard, Potato, Shredded Zucchini Frittata
Mesculan Salad with Simple Vinaigrette

Simple Vinaigrette

1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 minced shallot
juice of half a lemon
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Blend all of the ingredients to an emulsification, and serve.
